What is the condition of the items sold on the website?

All items sold on the website are in perfect condition.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally from France.

How much is the shipping?

Worldwide shipping is 15€.
Shipping to France is 5€.
Custom duties may apply depending on your country.


What payment methods does LA PARADE accept?

LA PARADE accepts the following methods of payment:
-PayPal
-Credit or debit card


How long will the preparation of my order take?

Please allow 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be shipped out.

What is the delivery delay for my order?

Orders are shipped out from France via La Poste, their estimated delivery times are:
France: 48h (business days)
International: 4 to 8 business days


I just placed an order and did not get a confirmation email!

You should automatically receive a confirmation email right after placing an order. If not, no worries! You may have misspelled your email address. If this happens, please send an email to contact@laparde-shop.com with the name and postal address that you placed an order with.

Where is my order?

From the moment you make the purchase, you will receive emails regarding the status of your order. Please check your spam folder, if you are still waiting for any order update.
If you haven’t received your order after those deadlines, please get in touch with your local post services, they are in charge of the delivery.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, email our Customer Service team with your request as soon as possible. Please remember that orders are prepared within 24-72 business hours and once they are processed, cannot be canceled or modified internally.


I want to send an item as a gift to someone!

If you are directly sending your order directly to someone as a gift, please specify it in the instructions notes at checkout!


Can I return products?

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return your items back to us.

All returns must be notified in advance by email to: contact@laparade-shop.com.                                          

The returned product(s) must be in perfect condition, mustn’t have been worn or used and in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Can I exchange products?

We do not accept exchanges.


When will my refund be issued?

Once have received your package, your refund will be made within 15 days.


How can I request an invoice?

An invoice will be issued to the customer upon delivery.


How are the items packaged?
Our items are very fragile when shipped and require optimal protection to ensure no breakage.
We choose packages with a low environmental impact. The green bubble wrap used is made from recycled materials and is biodegradable at the light. The kraft cushioning paper is 100% recycled and recyclable.
